Common Name(s)/Synonym(s): Pickle Plant, Ice Plant
Origin: Native to South Africa.
Description: A shrubby succulent with slender stems that bear pairs of soft white spines, bright green leaves that become orange/brown when exposed to intense sunlight. The stems are upright or trailing, forming a mat or an up to 45cm tall shrub. Leaves are thick, fleshy, and up to 2.5cm long.
Care: They prefer full sun, but can tolerate a bit of shade. They should be planted in a well draining soil mix, let the soil dry out in between watering.
*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 7.5cm.
