Aeonium 'Mardi Gras'

Origin: A hybrid between a Aeonium ‘Velour’ and a unknown Aeonium hybrid.

Description: This spectacular branched Aeonium has yellow leaves that display a green midstripe and turns pink to burgundy, which intensifies when grown in bright light. Young rosettes form around more mature rosettes, which in turn branch out. This cultivar can grow to 50cm tall.

Care: They do best in partial sun and require a well draining soil with infrequent watering to flourish. In summer they may go dormant and only require water in very dry conditions. The leaves may also curl to prevent water loss. 

*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 7.5cm.
