Aeonium 'Sunburst'
Aeonium 'Sunburst'
Common Name(s)/Synonym(s): Copper Pinwheel
Origin: Originally incorrectly described as Aeonium decorum ‘Sunburst,’ but most probably a variegated cultivar of Aeonium davidbramwellii.
Description: This is a striking branching Aeonium that forms large variegated rosettes, which easily grow to approximately 20cm in diameter. The leaves are fleshy, with shades of green, yellow, white and pink. The margins have a reddish hue when exposed to sunlight.
Care: They do best in partial sun and require a well draining soil with infrequent watering to flourish. In summer they may go dormant and only require water in very dry conditions. The leaves may also curl upwards to prevent water loss.
*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 7.5cm.
