Aeonium ‘Ballerina Reversion’
Aeonium ‘Ballerina Reversion’
Origin: The origin of Aeonium ‘Ballerina’ is unknown, but is most likely a hybrid of Aeonium glutinosum and possibly Aeonium canariense.
Description: This Aeonium is a reversion/non variegated version of the Aeonium ‘Ballerina.’ It is often sold under the illegitimate name Aeonium ‘Goblin.’ These Aeoniums produce a dense mass of rosettes, with slightly sticky and hairy leaves. The colour of the leaves range from green to a slight green/grey. The plant grows to approximately 20cm tall with the rosettes being approximately 10cm in diameter.
Care: They do best in partial sun and require a well draining soil with infrequent watering to flourish. In summer they may go dormant and only require water in very dry conditions. The leaves may also curl upwards to prevent water loss.
*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 10cm.
