Aeonium sedifolium
Aeonium sedifolium
Common Name(s)/Synonym(s): Dwarf Aeonium
Origin: Native to the Canary Islands.
Description: This is a beautiful densely branched Aeonium shrub that forms small glossy, sticky rosettes. The leaves of these green to yellowish/green rosettes are quite fleshy with many reddish/brownish lines. The plant grows to approximately 40cm tall, with rosettes reaching approximately 3cm diameter.
Care: They do best in partial sun and require a well draining soil with infrequent watering to flourish. In summer they may go dormant and only require water in very dry conditions. The leaves may also curl upwards to prevent water loss.
*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 10cm.
