Origin: A mutation of Mammillaria vetula subsp. gracilis.

Description: A beautiful small cactus with dark green cylindrical stems almost entirely covered with short, thick white spines. It offsets profusely to form an attractive clump that can reach up to 10cm in height and 12.5cm in width. Stems are up to 8cm long and 3cm in diameter. Offsets are quite fragile and fall off easily, but readily root.

Care: This little cacti flourish in full sun to filtered shade. They should be planted in a well draining soil, when repotting allow to stand for a week or two before watering to avoid root rot.

*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 7.5cm.
