Lithops hermetica C.397 - 50 Seeds

Lithops hermetica C.397:

Appearance: Small and variable species from the Namibian Sperrgebiet (Protected Diamond Area). It was discovered in 1995 and is now slowly making it's way into cultivation. 

Blooming Period: Late Summer

Flower Colour: Yellow

Optimum Germination Temp: 20-30 *Celsius

Germination: 5-30 days (depending on conditions)

Notes: Lithops seeds are very fine, care must be taken not to plant the seeds too deep. Only a very thin layer of sand is required to cover the seeds. All our Lithops seeds are produced on hand-pollinated mother plants. This can be a difficult species to grow and that is probably why it is still quite rare in collections.
