Portulacaria afra 'Medio-picta'

Common Name(s)/Synonym(s): Midstripe Rainbow Bush, Portulacaria afra ‘Kaleidoscope’

Origin: A variegated cultivar of Portulacaria afra.

Description: This form of Portulacaria is slower growing than other forms, but boasts attractive pinkish/red stems. The green leaves are glossy in appearance with a white stripe down their centre, although plain white leaves also appear. 

Care: They do best in indirect sunlight as direct sunlight could burn leaves causing them to fall off. They are drought tolerant and require a well draining soil with infrequent watering to flourish.

*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 7.5cm.
