Origin: Native to Tanzania, Malawi and Mozambique.

Description: An attractive succulent shrub with pale green egg-shaped leaves, usually strongly marked with purple or maroon spots. It grows up to 90cm tall. Stems are simple or with few branches, woody at the base, purple or slightly glaucous, and up to 20cm long. 

Care: They look their best in partial sunlight or light shade and prefer bright locations in their growing season. They should be planted in a well draining soil and care should be taken when watering in the hotter seasons when they are mostly dormant. Let the soil dry out in between watering.

*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 7.5cm.
