Common Name(s)/Synonym(s): Pachyphytum oviferum ‘Shireiden,’ Pachyveria ‘Blue Mist’
Origin: A intergeneric hybrid probably resulting in a cross between Sedum craigii and Echeveria affinis. It has been considered to be xPachyveria, the flowers however strongly resemble that of Sedum craigii.
Description: A beautiful succulent that forms short-stemmed rosettes of usually blue or purple leaves that turn even more purple when exposed to intense sunlight. The rosettes can reach up to 8cm in diameter.
Care: They thrive in sunny positions, although hot midday sun should be avoided. They should be grown in a well draining soil which should be left to dry out in between watering.
*These plants are sold/couriered bare root without the pot and soil. All plants are approximately the same size as in the photo, for reference, the pots in the photos are 7.5cm.
